Vacant positions: Nomination Committee

UPF Lund is now seeking up to four(4) dedicated members to join our Nomination Committee. The Nomination Committee plays an important part in UPF Lund’s democratic structure by preparing and conducting the election processes for our positions of trust. The committee makes sure that all candidates are treated equally and that transparency, fairness, and confidentiality are maintained throughout the process.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing the elections held by the Annual Election Meeting 

  • Conducting interviews and collecting relevant information about candidates

  • Presenting nominations and the reasoning behind them

  • Upholding confidentiality and impartiality during the election process

  • Answering questions regarding candidates and the nomination procedure

Most of the committee’s work will take place during spring 2026, leading up to the Annual Election Meeting. More information about what being part of the Nomination Committee entails can be found in our Rules and Regulations.

 

The application deadline is Tuesday, November 25.
