A new issue of The Perspective is out now, and we are not quite ready to let this one go. "Between the Seas" is our fourth and final issue of the year. It looks at how Sweden, Estonia, and their Nordic and Baltic neighbours are navigating a stormier world – together. Defence, identity, leadership, and the quiet but consequential logic of who stands by whom when things get hard.
It also marks two endings: the close of our ERASMUS+ collaboration with our Estonian friends from RSR, and the last issue Olivia and Filippo will edit together. It has been a year we will not forget.
The issue features a dedicated section on Student Voices in Maritime Affairs, this year’s UPF Project of the Year.
