Activity
The Activity Comittee is one of the committees in UPF that binds all the committees together, energising the community with diverse events and activities.
We create experiences that cater to different interests, from hikes and field trips to pub quizzes and karaoke nights, fostering a vibrant and inclusive environment. Out highlight is the annual ball in the spring – a grand celebration. Our success relies on the enthusiasm and dedication of our committee members. Their creativity and teamwork make every event memorable, driving us to continuously innovate and excel. The Activity Committee is essential to UPF, and we celebrate our members’ contributions as we strive to build connections and create lasting memories.
The Activity Committee meets every Wednesday, 18-19 in the UPF Office.

Meet the Activity Committee
Semina Kozic
My name is Semina and I’m one of the two Heads of the Activity Committee this year. I’m originally from Swedish-speaking Finland with roots in Bosnia, and I moved to Lund last semester to start my bachelor’s in Business Administration and Economics. Since then, I’ve already fallen in love with the city and all the amazing people here!
I joined UPF because I wanted to be part of a community of like-minded people. Growing up across different cultures gave me a strong curiosity about the world and a passion for bringing people together. That’s also why I’m so excited about the Activity Committee – we get to create fun events where people can meet, connect, and make the best memories!
When I’m not studying or planning fun activities for UPF, you’ll usually find me hanging out with friends, enjoying student life or following Formula 1. But if I could, I’d probably spend all my time traveling!
Gaia Zubrickaite
Hello everyone!! My name is Gaia and I am currently studying my second year of BS in Economy and Society.
I joined UPF for its amazing people and the mission that they have been keeping up for 90 years now! This year I’ll be Head of Activity with my amazing co-head Semina!
I am super excited to be taking on this role with her and planning all the incredible events for the coming year. My goal is for everyone to have fun and feel included in order to have the best time ever!
While Semina and I are around, a good time is always guaranteed!
