The Lecture Committee is looking for trustees!
As a trustee, you are trusted with more responsibility within the committee, and work closely with the committee heads.
The Host is responsible for taking care of the on-site logistics of the lectures which may include tasks such as booking the venues, welcoming and introducing the lecturer and leading the Q&A and discussion afterward.
The Grant Coordinator is responsible for handling the collaborations with our contract partners, including outreach and communication throughout the year, as well as securing grants for the committee. Additionally, this role in charge of collecting lecture statistics, such as number of attendees and success rate.
The PR Liaison is responsible for the promotion of our lectures, and the collaboration with the PR committee. The role includes designing and printing posters, filling in templates for social media posts, and coordinating with the PR committee to ensure the Lecture committee’s PR content is uploaded in time and includes all relevant information.
