Are you aiming for a career in foreign affairs? Would you benefit from personal mentorship from an experienced professional? The Mentorship Programme might be just what you’re looking for!
The Mentorship Programme, jointly organized by the Association of Foreign Affairs in Lund (UPF) and the Diplomatic Club in Lund, provides students with the opportunity to connect with professionals who work with international issues. Each student is paired with a mentor whose background aligns with their academic focus and career ambitions. The mentor will offer personalized advice and share their expertise to support your professional development.
As a mentee, you will coordinate with your mentor to schedule meetings and decide on the format and activities of your collaboration. The programme is ideal for students who already have a clear sense of their career interests, as this helps ensure a strong match with a mentor who can guide them effectively. Although the programme runs during the spring semester 2026, applications open now to allow time for thoughtful mentor-mentee pairings.
How do I apply?
Submit the form linked below, along with your CV and a Letter of Motivation. In your Letter of Motivation, explain why you want to participate in the Mentorship Programme, how you believe it will advance your career, and—most importantly—what career path or topics interest you.
The deadline to sign up is the 20th of December, 23:59.
