Anna Lindh Lecture: Strengthening Compliance with International Humanitarian Law in a Fragmented World

We at UPF Lund are proud to co-organise the 2025 Anna Lindh Lecture together with Lund University, the Raoul Wallenberg Institute, and the Anna Lindh Memorial Foundation. We are grateful for the opportunity to take part in this long-standing tradition honouring Anna Lindh’s legacy.
This year’s speaker is Hadja Lahbib, European Commissioner for Equality, Preparedness and Crisis Management, who will give the lecture:
“Strengthening Compliance with International Humanitarian Law in a Fragmented World.” The lecture will be held in English, and no registration or entry fee is needed.
Commissioner Lahbib plays a key role in shaping the EU’s humanitarian and crisis response policies and previously served as Belgium’s Minister of Foreign Affairs.
We look forward to welcoming all who are interested in international law, global politics, and humanitarian action.
