About the lecturer

Camila Freitas de Souza is a Latin American interdisciplinary scholar and Ph.D. candidate at Lund University’s Human Rights Studies division. Her research spans critical human geography, gender studies, and social justice. She specializes in decolonial perspectives on grassroots movements, exploring how marginalized communities challenge power dynamics and shape alternative futures.
