About the lecturer

Christine Hogan, Vice Chair of the Global Partnership for Education (GPE), brings extensive expertise in international development. She has served as Canada’s Deputy Minister of Environment and Climate Change and Deputy Minister for International Trade, shaping policies on global cooperation and sustainability.
